We just want to tell you how much all of us enjoyed our afternoon and dinner with Cosette. We loved watching her prepare the fantastic courses. Though we all are not fluent in each other's languages, her demonstration was more then enough for us to understand.
And, each course was superb. Her pumpkin and scallop soup was Devine. The duck was perfect. The vegetable dish was delicious and unique. The chocolate and pear desert- out of this world. I was lucky enough to get the pot to scoop up the leftover chocolate.
Cosette is charming. The kitchen was immaculate when she left. Please recommend her to your other guests. They will love her.
